3.1 Regrettable Purchase Definition

A "regrettable purchase" on Disapoint is defined as:

• An item bought with genuine intent but failed to meet expectations
• A purchase made impulsively that you later realized was unnecessary
• Products that technically work but aren't what you thought they'd be
• Items that seemed like a good idea at the time but weren't

3.2 Story Requirements

All listings must include:

• A genuine story about why the purchase was regrettable
• Original photos of the actual item
• Accurate description of condition and functionality
• Reasonable pricing reflecting the item's status as a regret

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited:

• Illegal items
• Dangerous goods
• Counterfeit products
• Stolen property
• Items that violate intellectual property rights

5. Transaction Rules

All transactions must be conducted through our platform. Off-platform transactions are prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Content Guidelines

Users must not post content that is:
